摘要  采用基于Labview的虚拟仪器技术,设计完成了一套高温超导薄膜χ-T曲线虚拟仪器测试系统,通过IEEE488总线对数字锁相放大器、电流源和电压表的控制,利用超导薄膜在超导态时完全抗磁性的Meissner效应,测量超导样品的超导电性,测量精度高,速度快,测试界面直观、友好. A set of virtual instrument system based on Labview for measuring the %χ-T% curve of the high temperature superconducting thin film is designed. The control for the digital lock-in amplifier, current source and voltage meter is realized through IEEE488 bus. The superconductivity is measured based on the Meissner effect of the superconductor. The measurement is of high precision and high speed. The man-machine interface is direct and friendly.
