This essay introduces the software radio technique, and inquiries its application in the digital TV broadcasting system. It puts forward a design suggestion about adopting the modular construction. That means complicated correspondence function could be divided into several modules for achieving, and each module has its own software definition connecting interface. The essay also discusses how to divide and design the modules.
