摘要
本文研究了温敏不育系育性转换时期结实率与温度的相关性,以及光敏不育系在固定日长条件下(10小时光照/日),结实率与温度的相关性。结果表明:无论温敏还是光敏不育系,其结实率与抽穗前8至13天的日均温,昼均温,夜均温,最高温度平均值和最低温度平均值的负相关性,都达到了极显著水平。其中以夜均温和最低温度平均值与结实率负相关系数最大。直线回归分析表明,结实率与温度呈直线关系,回归系数达到了极显著水平。根据直线回归方程对其不育的理论临界温度进行了推算和分析。
In the paper the correlativity of seed set rate of PSGS and TSGS lines in rice with temperature is studied.The results have showed that the negative correlativity of their seed set rate with mean diurnal temperature, mean daytime temperature,mean night temperature, average highest temperature and average lowest temperature at 8 --13 days before heading reaches a very significant level, and the negative correlativity coefficient of their seed set rate with the mean night temperature and average lowest temperature is the greatest. Linear regression analysis shows that there is linear relation between seed set rate and temperature, and the regression coefficient reaches a very significant level .The theoretical critical temperature of their sterility is also analysed and calculated in accordance with the linear regression equation.
