摘要
文章以高等教育大众化和就业大众化为背景,反思了高等学校就业指导的实际效果,总结、分析了就业指导既有的运作模式及利弊,提出变革既有的体制内就业指导模式,逐步推进社会化和专业化的就业指导,并构建了社会化和专业化的就业指导框架。此外,还从理论上分析了高等学校职能与就业指导的关系,主张逐渐剥离高等学校的就业指导职能。
The essay summarizes the practical performance of the present career guiding work in the colleges and universities of China, analyses its operation model and the advantages and disadvantages, suggesting that it be reformed by realizing the socialization and specialization of the career guiding work.
