新世纪新时代的来临,对高校图书馆的流通服务提出了新的要求,图书馆员必须适应新时代的变化,努力提高自身的业务素质,探索出一条行之有效的完善自身素质的途径。
In the new century, the circulation service of libraries in universities and colleges is facing new demand. Librarians should keep abreast of the times, improve their professional quality and find an effective way to perfect themselves.
