随着国有企业改革的深入和产业结构调整的加快,以及我国加入WTO等因素的影响,内蒙古面临日益严峻的就业压力。解决就业难题应从两个方面着手:1.充分挖掘第三产业的就业空间,着重拓展街道社区服务业的就业空间;2.着力发展能大力吸纳就业人员的个体和私营经济。

To deepen the reform of state-owned enterprise and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and the influence of factors as well ass our country joining WTO,Inner Mongolia faces the severe employment pressure.In order to solve the difficult employment problem,we should start with three aspects; the first is to take best use of excavationg the employment space of tertiary industry and continue to expand the employment space of community service;the second is to take best use of developing individual economy and private economy which can admit many employees.
