摘要
目前,许多国家正在努力选育优良的水稻新三系,改进种子生产技术,提高制、繁种产量。法、英等国利用分子标记、原生质融合、植物或体细胞胚再生和基因工程等技术,进行杂交稻的遗传研究与育种。日本、IRRI、美国及北朝鲜,还开始光温敏不育系的选育、广亲和基因及籼粳杂种优势利用研究。
At present many counties are engaged in selection of elite new three lines in rice, improvement of seed production techniques and yield increase of ms line multication and hybrid seed production. The scientists in England and France are doing research work on genetics and breeding of hybrid rice by making use of molecular marker. plasmatic fusion .ratooning of plantlet or somatic embryo and genic engineering techniques .The scientists in Japan .IRRI .America and DPRK have started to develop photoperiod-or thermo-sensitive genic sterile lines and utilile wide compatibility genes and beterosis of indica japonica hybrids.
