中国加入WTO作出了"教育服务"承诺,给高校带来人才竞争的严峻挑战。为此,高校必须加大培养中青年教师的力度,加强爱国主义教育,加强现代信息技术知识和能力培训,深化人事分配制度改革,建设一支高素质的师资队伍。

When applying for WTO, China made a promise of 'educational service', which has brought a stern challenge to colleges in the competition of personnel. To meet this challenge, we must strengthen the education of patriotism and the training in the knowledge and competence of modern information technology, stimulate the cultivation of young and middle-aged teachers and carry on the reform of personnel assignment in a deep going way so as to develop a high-quality faculty that can meet the challenge of international competition.
