基础教育课程改革是影响我国劳动者素质和人才培养质量的重要改革,要使改革顺利推进,我们必须在师资培训、经费投入、评价制度和升学考试等方面建立必要的保障机制。

The curriculum reform in elementary education matters greatly in that it determines the laborer's quality and talents cultivation. In order to facilitate the reform, we must construct a necessary mechanism of guarantee in teachers training, appropriation and evaluation system as well as in the entrance examination for colleges.
