籼粳亚种间组合的光合特性及其机理初探 被引量:6

摘要 在自然强光条件下,籼粳亚种间组合的光合速率低于籼稻桂朝2号,但在7000Lx以下的弱光下,明显高于桂朝2号。在变动光强条件下的平均光合速率,与桂朝2号接近。光系统组分分析证明:捕获光能的叶绿素a/b蛋白复合物的含量,亚种间组合明显高于桂朝2号。这预示着它的光合单位较大,收集光的能力较强,可能是利用弱光能力强于常规籼稻的生理原因。 Under the natural strong light the photosynthetic rate of indica-japonica hybrids was lower than that of Guj-zhao2 .But.under the weak light (lower than 7000Lx ) their photosynthetic rate was higher than that of Gui-zhao 2 .and their average photosynthe ticrate under changing light intensity was close to that of Gui-zno 2.Analysis of constituents in the photosynthetic system of indica-japonica hybrids showed that the content of a/b protein complex in their chlorophyll was higher than that of Guizhao 2.This indicated that their larger Photosynthetic unit ane stronger ability to collect light was the Physiological reason why their ability to utilize weak light was better than that of ordinary indica.
