摘要
使用身体自我描述问卷,对296名大学生的调查,结果发现,体育活动对大学生的身体自我描述有积极的影响,每周参加三次以上和累计达到一个小时的体育活动就能够提高大学生对自己身体描述的认识。
college students completed the Physical Self-Description Questionnaire(PSDQ),and answered some questions about the time and frequency of participating in physical activity per-week.The results showed that the physical self-description had a positive relation with participation of physical activities.Over three times every week and adding up one hour' s physical activities could significantly improve the physical self-perception of university students.
