入世后体育教育发展的机遇与挑战

Development Opportunity and Challenge Faced by Physical Education After China Entering WTO

采用文献资料、综合分析等方法,对WTO“教育服务贸易”与我国的主要承诺,以及加入WTO后对我国体育教育的影响和挑战,进行了系统研究。提出以国际视野重新审视素质教育内涵,更新体育教育教学内容和手段;运用国际通行的方法,深化办学体制改革;转变不适应WTO新规则的陈旧观念,树立新的符合时代发展的体育教育观等建议。

By means of literature,comprehensive analysis,the authors discussed systematically the'Educational Service Trade'under WTO and China' s major commitment,as well as the influence and challenge faced by physical education after China entering WTO.Based on them,the authors gave some use-ful suggestions from worldwide field of vision,such as looking closely at the connotation of qualified education and updating the teaching contents and methods,and deepening the system reform of running a university with the current practice throughout the world,and changing the old-fasioned ideas that can' t fit the new rules of WTO and setting up a new P.E.concept that meets the development of the times.
