宁波市大学生参加课外体育活动情况调研报告

Resport of Surveying University Students' Attitudes to Take Part in Sports of Extracurricular Physical Education in the City of Ningbo in China

通过问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对宁波市大学生参加课外体育活动情况进行了调查分析。结果发现:宁波市大部分大学生是喜欢或非常喜欢、并不同程度地参加课外体育活动的;锻炼的时段以清晨为主;在选择活动项目、形式、场所时带有明显的性别特征;其参加课外体育活动的动机是多层次的;运动场所的不足和运动器材的短缺是影响其参加课外体育活动的主要因素。

By means of questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics,the authors surveyed and analyzed the present situation of university students' participating in extracurricular sports in the city of Ningbo in China.The results showed that a large section of university students not only liked or liked the extracurricular sports very much,but also took part in it in varying degrees;who did exercise mainly in the morning,and whose selection of sports items,forms and places had clear sex distinction,and whose motivation of being involved in extracurricular sports was not single but manifold;Lack of sports places and sports equipments were the main disadvangtage influencing university students to join extracurricular sports.
