摘要
首先研究汉语数量夸张的文化特征 ,指出“三”和“九”及其倍数是汉文化中特有的满数概念 ,然后以古汉语诗词中借助于这类满数的数量夸张的大量译例探讨翻译问题。由于语言文化的异质性 。
This paper first makes a study of quantitative hyperbole characteristics of the Chinese culture and points out that 'three' and 'nine' together with their multiples are the specific concept of full number for the Chinese nation, then probes into the problem of their translations with lots of examples in Chinese ancient poetry. In the author's opinion, owing to the heterogeneity of the different languages and cultures, generally speaking, literal translation is not proper for these full numbers.
