摘要
高等院校作为高层次人才的摇篮,理应成为继续教育乃至终身教育体系的主体并发挥主力军作用。通过对高等院校开展继续教育的优势、面临的困难和存在的问题的探讨,提出了开展继续教育的十项对策。
Higher educational institutions are the cradles of high level talents.They are naturally the main parts of adult education and even life-long education and play their roles as the main forces.From the exploration of the privileges,the difficulties and the existing problems in carrying out the adult education in higher educational institutions,ten soltuions are put forward.
