反倾销:维护公平竞争秩序抑或是贸易保护主义

Antidumping:For Fair Competition or Trade Protection

一直以来有一种误解,即认为反倾销的宗旨是维护国际贸易中的公平竞争秩序。然而,随着WTO的成立,各国关税大幅度降低,反倾销被频频运用,已经严重阻碍了国际贸易的发展,实质上成了一种实施贸易保护的手段。中国作为一个贸易大国,是国际反倾销的最大受害者,更应看清反倾销贸易保护主义的真面目,勇敢应对国外反倾销,同时主动运用反倾销来保护国内产业。

There is a misunderstanding that the aim of antidumping is to defend fair competition of international trade.But,with the construction of WTO,the tariffs decreased largely,which makes the antidumping abused very often and blocks the development of international trade severely.In fact,antidumping is a means of trade protection.China is the main victim of antidumping.So we should realize the trade protectionism of it,deal with international antidumping bravely,and use it to protect our domestic industry.
