摘要
文章认为温敏核不育水稻对温度反应存在两个临界温度。在连续高温条件下诱导由不育转向可育的临界温度CLT在连续低温条件下诱导由可育转向不育的临界温度CHT,存在三个敏感期,即强敏感期P1,弱敏感期P2和微敏感期P3选育温敏核不育系的主要指标应该是CLT合适,P1在3天以上。
The. authors consider that there are two critical temperatures when the thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice responts to temperature,tney are the critical low temperature (CLT) which under the lasting high tamperature induces the sterile line to be transferred from sterility to futility and the critical chigh temperature (CHT) which under the lasting low.temperature, induces,the sterile line to be. transferred from fertility to sterility. In addition, there are three sensitive stages, namely,the strongly sensitive stagei, weakly sensitive stage P2 and microsensitive stage P3. CLT and P1 (longer than 3 days) are suitable to. development of thermo-seneitive genic sterile lines.
