摘要
本文试图从河流地貌学与历史地貌学的角度,对淮河流域洪涝灾害的成因进行初步的分析。并从历史上洪涝变化趋势及其与河流地貌条件的关系分析讨论中提出治理淮河洪涝灾害的对策。
The paper attempted to make a preliminary analysis to causes of flood in the Huai river region from the angle of the river morphology and historical morphology. The countermeasures of harnessing flood of the Huai river based on analyzing the change tendency of flood in the history and relative river morphological flood disaster are pointed out.
