生长素结合蛋白基因转化黄瓜的研究 被引量:17

摘要 筛选出较适合于津研4号黄瓜子叶再生的培养基B2(MS+BA 2.0 mg·L-1)和生根培养基B8(MS)。将拟南芥生长素结合蛋白基因转入该黄瓜品种中,获得了经PCR鉴定、Southern和Northern杂交检测的转基因植株。转基因黄瓜的单性结实率平均为31.7%,高于对照(19.9%)。 The optimum regenerating and rooting media for cucumber (Jinyansihao) was B2 (MS+BA 2.0 mgL-1), B8(MS) respectively. Auxin-binding protein 1 (ABP1) gene of Arbidopsis thaliana was transformed into cucumber cotyledonexplants. The putative transformed regeneration plants were assayed by PCR amplification, Southern blotting and Northernblotting. The parthenocarpic rate of transgenic plants was 31.7 percent, which was higher than control (19.9%).
