低压易漏地层防漏堵漏机理探讨及现场应用 被引量:34

摘要 文章对低压易漏地层钻井液漏失机理及堵漏机理进行了探讨。对于低压易漏地层 ,安全钻井的关键是建造高质量的人工井壁 ,提高井壁的承压能力。根据地层物性规律 ,要求堵漏材料的尺寸范围较宽 ,有利于不同的颗粒尺寸的堵漏材料进行有机组合 ,封堵不同喉径的孔隙和各种尺寸大小的裂缝 ,形成稳定的人工井壁。结合现场的实际应用 ,提出了低压易漏地层安全钻井的技术措施。 The article discusses the lost circulation mechanism and the lost circulation sealing mechanism of drilling, fluids for the formations with low pressure and easy lost circulation. As for the formations, the key of safety drilling is to build the artificial wall with high quality, and improve the pressure bearing ability of the wall. According to the physical property of the formation, the lost circulation materials should include a large range of grain sizes, so that the materials will favor the random array of different grain sizes to seal the pores with different neck diameters and different size fractures and form the stable artificial wall. With field application, the article proposes the technical measures of safety drilling for the formations with low pressure and easy lost circulation.
