摘要 按照 2 0 0 3年 3月由国际标准化组织公布执行的ISO 5 16 7最新国际标准的要求 ,孔板和文丘里管上游要求更长的直管段 ,“V”型内锥式流量计将取代目前我国广泛使用的孔板、喷嘴和文丘里管等流量计。介绍了新一代的差压式流量计———“V”型内锥式 (VNZ)流量计的工作原理、结构、整机系统组成及主要技术指标和性能 ,对它的优缺点进行了分析研究。结果表明 :该流量计抗污染能力强 ,工作稳定 ,可解决湿气体流量测量和焦炉煤气测量的难题 ;还可有效完成对低静压、低流速流体的测量。因此适用于天然气、煤气、供热蒸气、污水等介质以及环境监测工程中的流量计量。 According to the requirements of ISO 5167 issued in March, 2003, 'V'-shaped inner conical flow meter will replace the flow meters of orifice plates, nozzles and Venturi tubes, etc. Which are widely used in China now. The article introduces the new generation of differential pressure flow meter - 'V'-shaped inner conical flow meter (VNZ), including its working principle, construction, composition of measuring system, main specifications and technical features. Also, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the flow meter. The results indicates that the flow meter has strong ability to resist pollution, works stable, can measure the wet gas flow, the coke oven gas flow, and the flow with low static pressure and low flow rate. So, it can be used for flow measuring of natural gas, coal gas, heating steam gas and waste water, etc. Also, the article reports the typical applications and the latest progress of the flow meter.
