本文从首都的特殊地位及其自然灾害的特点出发,提出在拟定首都减灾对策中有关宣传、管理、预报、防治、防范重点和资金投入等六个方面的建议。
Based on the specific location and natural disaster features in Beijing, some suggestions on countermeasures of disaster reduction have been proposed.
