要使一体化管理在建筑企业中取得最大的综合绩效,须对长期形成的思维观念进行革新,根据建筑企业的特点,在突破性思维的基础上,提出了建筑企业中的IMS应遵循的十个原则以及一些可供借鉴的思维方式。
We should change our thinking formed in long time to achieve the greatest integrated performance in construction enterprises . Based on breakthrough thinking points out ten principles and some value thinking way , which should be obtained in IMS of the construction enterprises , according to the characteristics of the construction enterprises.
