Study on the Mutual Effect between China's Urbanization and Residential District Construction

文章论述了具有中国特色的城市化道路及其相对应的住区建设模式,认为城市化的发展趋势直接影响和制约着住区建设的发展方向和发展模式,同时住区建设也将反作用于城市化发展,因此研究我国城市化与住区建设的互动影响具有重要的现实意义。

This article addresses the urbanized road with Chinese characteristic and its corresponding residential district construction.The author thinks the development trend of urbanization directly affects and restricts the development mode and direction of residential district construction. Meanwhile, residential district construction will give its counteractive to urbanization development. As a result, it has an important actual meaning to research into the mutual effect between the urbanization and residential district construction in China.
