摘要
本文着重分析了长江流域近40a来旱涝灾害的一些统计特征及其影响,指出了该流域旱涝灾害的演变趋势,以及人类活动对灾害加剧的主导作用。
In this paper, the statistic characteristics of drought and flood disasters and their impacts are emphasized in the Yangtze River basin in the recent 40 years. The change tendency of the drought and flood are pointed out. Mankind activities are playing important role in strengthening the disasters, The paper reminds people to know the regulation on drought and flood change and strengthens the control disaster and anti disaster idea.
