摘要
本文根据VC轧机的结构特点,建立了一套针对VC轧机的板形控制数学模型,并以板形为优化目标函数,提出一套新的辊型曲线设计方法,设计出合适的工作辊与支承辊辊型,并将其应用于生产实践,提高了轧机的板形控制效果,改善了板形质量,降低了双边浪的发生率。
According to the structure feature of the VC rolling mill, a set of shape control mathematical model for the VC rolling mill is established. Strip shape is the majorized objection function, and a new set of roll shape curves design method is brought forward to design proper roll shape of working roll and back-up roll, and applied to productive practice, which increased the shape control effect of the mill, improved shape quality and reduced the incidence rate of the double-side wave.
