摘要
提出了一种用偏斜率表示的非正弦振动波形,并且构建了非正弦振动的振幅、振频、波形偏斜率以及拉坯速度所必需满足的工艺参数计算公式,给出了工艺参数取值限度,为结晶器非正弦振动先进技术的应用提供了必需的理论基础。
A non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform,which is shown by distortional rate of sinuous wave is advanced.The calculation formula of technology parameters in compliance with amplitude, frequency, distortional rate of sinuous wave and casting velocity is constructed.The limit of technology parameters is given, which offers a theory basis to the application of the advanced technique.
