Male mice were exposed to 3H β rays at 1.0,10 or 20 cGy and to 60 Co γ rays at 200 cGy.Adaptive response of spermatogonium in the mice exposed to 3H β rays at low dose was observed by using chromosome aberration analysis.Results show that exposure to 3H β rays at 1.0,10 and 20 cGy can mitigate chromosome damage among the mice exposed to subsequent exposure at greater dose.
