良好的人口环境是中国实现可持续发展的重要保证

Good Population Environment Ensures the Accomplishment of Sustainable Development of China

可待续发展是关系人类发展的重大问题,它涉及许多方面,但人作为社会发展最可宝贵的动力资源,无疑是可持续发展的中心要素。人口数量、质量和结构等即人口环境直接影响可持续发展其他要素及整体的实现。结合当前中国人口现状,作者认为,中国要实现可持续发展,必须创建良好的人口环境,控制人口数量、提高人口质量。

Sustainable development is very important for the de-velopment of human beings.It involves many aspects,among which manpower,as the most valuable motive force of the development of society,is the most important one.Population size,quality and structure,that is,population environment has a direct effect on other factors of the sustainable development as well as the ac-complishment of the whole development.Considering the current population situation in China,the author holds that we must cre-ate good population environment,control population size and im-prove population quality in order to ensure the accomplishment of sustainable development.
