无铅压电陶瓷材料研究现状 被引量:38

摘要 随着人们环保意识的增强,无铅压电陶瓷材料的研究和应用已日益引起人们的关注。文中综合介绍了铋层状材料和钛酸铋钠基无铅材料的压电特性,总结了各种添加剂对其压电性能的影响机理和规律,介绍了当前以各种工艺对其微观结构和压电性能改进的研究成果,并对2种材料的应用前景进行了展望。 The use of lead free materials in piezoelectric ceramics has recently become a very important issue in environment protection. The research in bismuth layer structure ferroelectrics and the piezoelectric properties of Na0.5 Bi0.5 TiO3 based materials are reviewed. The effecting mechanism of additives on piezoelectric properties of these materials is introduced. The optimization in microstructure and piezoelectric properties by new process are discussed. It is noted that these materials are potential candidates as lead free piezoelectric ceramics.
