摘要
钛及钛合金具有良好的耐蚀性、比强度、疲劳抗力及生物相容性,广泛应用于矫形外科和牙科植入体中。然而其表面硬度低、耐磨性差、生物惰性等是作为医用植入材料不容忽视的问题。通过激光表面改性处理,如激光表面合金化(LSA)、脉冲激光沉积(PLD)及激光表面熔敷陶瓷涂层等可以显著改善钛及钛合金的表面性能。在对此进行综述的同时,对其发展方向进行了探讨。
Titanium and its alloys are widely used as biomedical materials in orthopedic and dental surgery because of their high specific strength, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. However, weak wear resistance and bioinert characteristics are of major concerns in the biomedical application of Ti and Ti alloys. The surface properties of Ti and Ti alloys can be significantly improved by laser surface modifications such as laser surface alloying(LSA), pulsed laser deposition(PLD), laser cladding bioceramic coating, etc. Laser surface modifications on Ti and Ti alloys are reviewed in this paper, the developing prespect is also discussed.
