摘要 根据受电弓滑板的工况条件,设计了摩擦磨损性能较佳的受电弓滑板材料。分析了烧结温度和烧结保温时间对压坯密度的影响。该材料的冲击韧度、抗拉强度、硬度、电阻率和密度等指标都能满足相关标准的要求;在室温干摩擦条件下,其抗磨损性优于其他同类产品。 According to the work condition of pantograph slider, materials with improved friction wear performance was designed. Effect of sintering temperature and sintering holding time on green density was analyzed. Such targets as impact toughness, tensile strength, hardness, resistivity and density of the developed pantograph slider material can meet correlative standards. Under dry friction conditions for M-200 type testing machine at room temperature, experimental results show that this slider material display more excellent antifraying performance than like products manufactured by other factories.
