摘要
针对微型电机外壳在装配过程中时有出现与内部磁条粘结性能较差问题,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、电导率仪等对外壳的化学镀镍层表面状态进行分析。结果表明:不良品的出现是由于镀层的表面粗糙度较低、镀层中Ni3+、Ni0摩尔比和PO3-4、Pn-摩尔比较高、镀层表面的残余盐含量较高所致。
This paper deals with the problems of the lower adhesion between blanket and magnetic stripe during the assembling process of micrometers. The surface status of Ni-P elecroless plating coating on blanket was evaluated by SEM, XPS and conductivity meter. The results show that the surface roughness of bad blanket is lower than that of good blanket, on the contrary, χ(Ni^(3+))/χ(Ni^0), χ(PO^(3-))_4/χ(P^(n-)) and the residual salts of the coating are higher than the good blanket.
