杜大长生长肥育猪的无脂瘦肉生长速度的研究

Fat- Free Lean Growth Rate of Duroc×Large White×Landrace Growing- Finishing Pigs

为推动NRC(1998)猪营养需要模型在我国的应用,修订我国猪饲养标准,本文选用华南地区杜大长生长肥育猪,测定了其在20～100kg阶段的胴体指标,并用实测法和胴体指标估测法测定了猪的胴体无脂瘦肉生长速度。结果表明采用实测法所得的无脂瘦肉生长速度为302g/d,采用胴体指标估测法所得值为285g/d和292g/d。

In order to promote the application of NRC(1998)nutrient requirement model in China and revise feeding standards for Chinese pigs,carcass fat- free lean growth rate of Duroc×Large White×Landrace growing- finishing pigs was measured with dissecting carcass or predicted with carcass parameters,and then the nutrient requirements were predicted with carcass fat- free lean growth rate.The results showed that carcass fat- free lean growth rate measured with carcasses dissected was 302 g/d,and the results predicted with carcass parameters were 285 g/d and 292g/d.
