摘要
介绍了国内外汽车涂装技术的发展趋势。从汽车涂装和环境保护对涂料的要求,综述了涂装材料及涂层结构的发展,介绍了逆过程、二次电泳等涂装新工艺以及为降低三废所研发的新技术,同时介绍了国外的先进涂装设备和管理模式。
This paper presents the trends of automobile painting technology of domestic and abroad . Developments of painting material and cost structure were summarized according to the painting and environments protection demands for painting materials. Some latest technologies about reverse process, second electrophoresis technology and three-waste reduction technology were introduced. At the sametime ,some advanced painting equipments and management model in foreign countries are presented.
