弗洛伊德的爱欲说 (libido)至今在文学创作、文学批评、文艺心理学等各个领域广泛地应用。因其具有革新性质的意义引起众多人的兴趣。笔者在研读该理论时 ,不禁忽发奇想 ,如果放到一个更广的领域里 ,用来阐释西方两大文明时代———古希腊与文艺复兴时期所取得的人类的高度文明成果的某些社会原因 ,是否也一样适用呢 ?鉴于此 。

The theory of libido advanced by Florid has been widly applied to the domains of literary and artistic creation literary criticism psychotherapy and so on Why does this theory has a such great influence ?Because this theory has an innovation siginificance It admits the power and creation of desire-in another word-libido With its original creation the theory not only be suitable for those above domains but also can be applied to those wider fields and longer periods-the epochs of old Greece and renaissance during which people had achieved unprecedented civilization fruits Based on the theory this paper tries to make an explaination for the phenomenon in those two epochs
