四-α-(2,2,4-三甲基-3-戊氧基)酞菁铜LB膜及其气敏性

摘要 为了得到分子排列有序的酞菁薄膜,提高材料的气敏特性,选取四-α-(2,2,4-三甲基-3-戊氧基)酞菁铜在亲水基片上以Z型成膜方式拉制了多层LB膜.膜崩溃压为60 mN·m-1,分子极限面积为0.38 nm2.用偏振紫外测定了酞菁铜分子在LB膜中的取向,结果表明四-α-(2,2,4-三甲基-3-戊氧基)酞菁铜分子以60.9°倾斜角倾斜排列于基质上,且分子之间以J-聚集态存在.室温下四-α-(2,2,4-三甲基-3-戊氧基)酞菁铜LB膜对体积分数为2×10-5的乙醇气体有响应,对体积分数为1×10-4的乙醇气体的响应时间为2 min,恢复时间为1 min. Phthalocyanine can deposit as well-ordered films by the Langmuir-Blodgett method in order to in-crease its gas sensitivity. Tetr -α- (2,2,4 - trimethyl - 3 - pentyloxy) phthalocyanine copper (Ⅱ) ( CuPc (OR)4) LB films were successfully deposited on the hydrophilic substrates by Z-type deposition mode. The ori-entation of molecular macrocycles in the LB films were examined by polarized UV-vis absorbance. The macrocy-cles of CuPc(OR)4molecules are inclining to the substrate surface. These films have good sensitivity to vapor of alcohol. The response time of the CuPc(OR)4 LB film to alcohol is 2 min and recovery time is l min.
