上海一钢750m^3高炉炉前脱硅试验研究

摘要 在一钢 75 0m3高炉的鱼雷罐车和铁沟采用抛撒法投加脱硅剂进行脱硅试验 ,分析影响脱硅效率及铁水温降的各种因素。试验表明 ,在目前的生产条件下采用抛撒法工艺可有效地实施高炉铁水脱硅 ,且脱硅后铁水的硅含量和温度可满足炼钢进行脱磷预处理的要求。 Tests on de-silicon of the 750m 3 blast furnace at Shanghai No.1 Iron & Steel Works have been conducted through adding de-silicon agent into the torpedo ladle car and iron runner,a technology called soft feeding process.Factors influencing efficiency of de-silicon and causing temperature drop of hot metal have been analyzed.Test results show that the soft feeding process is effective in de-siliconizing BF iron under current conditions and the silicon content and temperature drop of the desiliconized hot metal can satisfy requirements of de-phosphorization pre-treatment in steel making process.
