Cause Analysis of Tinplate Warp and Our Countermeasures

分析了冷轧薄板退火后产生纵向翘曲和横向翘曲的原因 ,并结合现场实践开展了试验研究 ,制定了防止翘曲稳定板形的控制方法 ,经生产验证 ,大幅度降低了宝钢镀锡板翘曲封闭量。

Causes of L warp and C warp of black tinplate have been analyzed,a great number of tests concerning warps have been conducted on site,and countermeasures to prevent tinplate from warping have been taken.All these measures prove to be effective to reduction of tinplate warp.
