中水回用工业循环水的研究与应用

Research and Application of the Recycled Middle Water at Baosteel Tube Branch

介绍中水回用问题的提出 ,宝钢钢管厂中水的现状及企标、国标对中水的要求。针对中水指标的不合格项目 ,通过理论研究制定了试验方案 ,并对现场实施效果进行系统分析。说明了中水回用具有开源节流、减少水污染的双重功效 ,钢管中水回用于工业循环水技术具有一定的推广应用价值。

Middle water recyclability,applications of the recycled middle water at Baosteel Tube Branch and requirements for the middle water according to the state and enterprise standards are introduced.As some indices of the middle water are not up to the standards,a test scheme has been worked out on the basis of the theory study.With systematic analysis of the results on the site,the recovery and utilization of the middle water can greatly reduce water consumption and water pollution.This technology is of some practical value in iron and steel industry.
