摘要
利用传热学原理估算了带钢连续退火生产中采用氢气和氢气加雾化水冷却介质的冷却速度。从热力学角度出发探讨减少和防止雾化水对带钢表面氧化影响的可能性 ,以及雾化水含量对冷却速度的影响。
The strip cooling rate with hydrogen and hydrogen plus water spray on continuous annealing line is estimated according to the heat transfer principle.The possibility of lessening or preventing atomized water from oxidizing on surface of strip steel,and the effect of atomized water content on the cooling rate are discussed in the light of thermodynamics.
