摘要
校办企业改制势在必行 ,人员问题和资产问题是改制中的重要问题 ,妥善解决人员问题对于推进改制工作的顺利进行至关重要。统一思想观念、解决具体问题、建立有效机制 ,是解决人员问题的主要措施。
The reform in university enterprises is urgently needed. The problems of personnel and capital are improtant in putting forward the reform. The main countermeasures are seeking unity of thinking, solving practical problems, and setting up effective mechanism.
