摘要
目的观察现代ECT治疗对精神分裂症患者下丘脑促肾上腺皮质释放激素(CRH)和促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)的影响,并推测其可能的生理机制。方法将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的精神分裂症患者57名随机分为治疗组(30名)与对照组(27名)进行观察。用放射免疫分析法分别对两组治疗前后的CRH与TRH水平进行测定,将所获数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗组较对照组在治疗后TRH有明显的降低,而CRH在治疗前后变化不明显。结论无抽搐电休克对TRH的影响大于CRH,或许可以推测该治疗在临床上所见改善心境障碍较思维障碍更为明显的部分原因。
Objective To observe the effect of modern electric convulsive therapy (ECT) on hypothalamic corticotropin and thyrotropin releasing hormones( CRH,TRH) in patients with schizophrenia and to infer the potential mechanism of the effect. Methods Fifty-seven patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in treatment group and 27 cases in control group. The plasma levels of CRH and TRH at pretreatment and posttreatment were measured with radioimmunoassay ( RIA) . Results TRH in treatment group was decreased greatly after modern ECT treatment, while CRH showed no evident alteration. Conclusions Modren-ECT could produced a greater effect on concentration of TRH than on that of CRH. It would be reasonable to estimate that this might be one of the reasons why ECT could improve dysphoria more obviously.
