The finite-time stability to linear discontinuous time-varying delayed system was investigated. By applying the method of upper and lower solutions, some sufficient conditions of this kind of stability were obtained. Furthermore, it also developed a monotone iterative technique for obtaining solutions which are obtained as limits of monotone
