在经济全球化和环境全球化融合发展的全球化时代 ,世界经济的绿化趋势即绿色经济 ,WTO体系下的国际贸易的绿化趋势即绿色贸易 ,绿色壁垒下的国际贸易战略的绿化即绿色外贸战略 ,是 2 1世纪国际经贸与环境发展的三个最重要的特点和最基本的三大趋势。加入WTO在给中国国际经贸发展带来新的机遇的同时 ,也将使中国经济发展尤其是中国国际经贸发展面临严峻的挑战。为迎接绿色WTO带来的绿色挑战 ,我们必须实施国际贸易可持续发展的绿色战略。

In the times of globalization which includes economic and environmental globalization,the afforesting trend of the world economy namely green economy,under the system of international trade,afforesting trend namely green trade and under the green barrier the afforesting of internatiional trade strategy namely the strategy of foreign trade are three most important features and essential trends of international trade and environmental development in the 21st century.Entering WTO has brought new opportunities for China's development of international trade and meanwhile made economic development of China,especially the development of international trade face serious challenge.In order to meet the green challenge of WTO,we must carry out the green strategy of sustained development of international trade.
