Try to Discuss the Implement of Clinical and the Sustainable Developmental of Medical Quality

为探讨我国医院的可持续发展战略,在国内外文献回顾的基础上,本文从医院服务模式及内部经营 管理机制等方面分析临床路径的作用,认为其能使医院实现“以病人为中心”、“以人为本”的管理理念,促使 医院走向标准化管理、追求持续质量改进、规模化发展,提高效益、采取循证医学和循证管理的战略。

For probe into sustainable development strategy of hospital of our country, on the base of reveiwing domestic and international document, this text analyses the function of clinical pathway from hospital service mode and inside mechanism of management. And it is thought that clinical pathway can make hospital realize such management theory as 'patient - oriented'and 'humanism', which impels hospital moving towards standardized management, continuous quality improvement, scale development to increase the benefit and adopting strategy of evidence - based - medicine and evidence - based - managementl
