Anatomy and HRCT findings of foramen of nasal bone

目的 探讨鼻骨孔的解剖基础及影像学表现。方法 干颅标本 8个 ,离体鼻骨 16个 (8对 ) ,均行CT横断扫描及冠状扫描。结果 在CT横断扫描及冠状扫描中 ,鼻骨孔均可表现为线样骨质不连续。结论 鼻骨孔是鼻骨上一对正常解剖结构 ,在CT上与鼻骨骨折表现相似 ,认识其影像学表现 ,对于鼻骨骨折的鉴别具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To evaluate the anatomy and HRCT findings of foramen of nasal bone.Methods Anatomy and HRCT findings of foramen of nasal bone were analyzed.Results Foramen of nasal bone were revealed linear shadow in axial and coronal images.Conclusion Foramen of nasal bone are a pair of normal anatomic structure,easily confused with fracture of nasal bone.
