足部反射区推拿对白细胞介素-1β水平的影响

Effect of Massage on the Refiexion District of Feet on the Level of Serum IL-1β

目的 :观察足部反射区推拿疗法对不同年龄人群血清白细胞介素 - 1 β( IL- 1 β)水平的变化及其可能的作用机制。方法 :分别挑选 2 4名健康年轻人、2 4名健康中年人和 32名健康老年人。随机分为青、中、老年对照组和观察组。治疗组给予足部反射区推拿法治疗。分别于推拿前、后测定血清 IL- 1β水平。结果 :中、老年组血清 IL - 1β水平较青年组明显为高 ,且两者之间有明显的秩和相关( P<0 .0 5 )。推拿前、后 ,中、老年观察组 IL- 1 β水平明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;青年对照组和观察组无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :中老年人群血清 IL- 1 β水平升高可能是老年人衰老神经内分泌和免疫机制改变的原因之一。足部反射区推拿法能一定程度降低 IL- 1 β水平 ,推测足部反射区推拿法可能具有一定的抗衰老作用。

Objective: To observe the effect of massage on the refiexion district of feet on the level of serum IL-1β in different ages bodies, and study its mechanism. Methods:24 healthy young ages, 24 healthy middle ages and 32 healthy old ages were randomly chosen and divide into younger, aged and elder control group and treatment group. Treatment group was treated by massage on the reflexion district of feet, and than whose serum IL-1β was checked before and after treatment. Results: The levels of serum IL-1β in aged and elder group were significanfiy higher than that in younger group, and there was some relationship with them(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-1β in aged and elder treatment group reduced significantly(P<0.05), while there was no obviously different between younger control group and treatment group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The levels of serum IL-1β in aged and elder group are raised, which maybe one mechanism of disorder of nerve-inner excrete-immune in aged people. It can be concluded that massage on reflexion on feet has some effect on anti-decrepitude.
