后腹腔镜亲属活体供肾切除术(附2例报告)

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy (report of 2 cases)

目的 介绍一种新的后腹腔镜活体供肾取肾手术方法。方法 总结该院自 2 0 0 2年 12月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月进行 2例后腹腔镜活体供肾取肾的术前准备、手术步骤及效果。结果 2例手术均较顺利 ,手术时间分别为 110min和 130min ,术中估计出血约 80～ 10 0ml,供肾热缺血时间均不足 3min ,受肾者术后 2 ,3d肾功能恢复正常。供肾者术后第 2天可下床活动 ,并开始进食 ,术后 4d出院。除 1例穿刺口周围皮下气肿外 ,无其它并发症发生。结论 我们的初步经验显示 ,后腹腔镜活体供肾取肾术是一种微创 ,安全的手术方式。

Objective: To present a novel retroperitoneal laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy. Methods: Two cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic live nephrectomy were under taken in our hospital between December,2002 and March,2003. We introduce preoperative preparation,operative techniques and we also assessed the results.Results: Two operations were successful,operative times were 110 min. and 130min. respectively. Blood loss estimated were about 80～100ml,warm ischemia time shorter than 3 min. Renal function of 2 recipients returned to normal 2～3days post operation. Two live donors resumed activity and begun oral intake 2days after operation and discharged 4days post operation. There were no other complications except 1 case had pneumoderma around surgical ports.Conclusions: Our initial experience showed that retroporitoneal laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy was minimally invasive and safe surgical technique.
