改良腔镜甲状腺切除术的临床研究(附15例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的 介绍腔镜甲状腺切除术的临床应用。方法 腔镜下为 15例甲状腺疾病患者进行了经胸部入路的改良甲状腺切除术。结果  15例手术均获成功 ,患者恢复良好 ,出血量约 2 0~ 5 0ml,手术时间 6 0~180min ,平均 14 0min ,无手术并发症 ,4 ,5d出院。结论 腔镜甲状腺切除术不仅可以达到传统手术的效果 ,而且有显著的美容效果及创伤小、出血少、并发症少、颈部活动恢复快等优点。
